1. Services
Srimanth Properties provides property marketing and documentation assistance services. We act as facilitators and are not the owners of listed properties unless explicitly stated.
2. Property Information
Listings are based on owner-provided details. While we verify documents, buyers are encouraged to conduct independent verification — which we are happy to assist with.
3. Appointments & Site Visits
Subject to scheduling and property owner availability. Confirmation will be provided via WhatsApp or phone.
4. Documentation Services
We assist with document preparation and processing. Final approvals rest with government authorities (Sub-Registrar, BBMP, revenue departments).
5. Payments
Service fees are communicated upfront before engagement. Government fees (stamp duty, registration charges) are payable by the client as applicable.
6. No Guaranteed Timelines
Property sale and marketing timelines vary by property and market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers beyond the scope of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Jurisdiction: Bangalore.
